I am so excited to be apart of the Coronado Hills' team this year for my 7th year teaching! I grew up in northern New York where I developed a love for the outdoors and nature. I graduated from Hobart and William Smith with a bachelors degree in International Relations. During undergrad, I studied abroad in Kenya and gained an appreciation for diverse cultures and travel. Later, I volunteered for the United Nations English Opens Doors Program where I taught English in Iqique, Chili. It was during my time in South America I discovered my true passion for teaching. Since then I recieved my teaching licensure through the University of Colorado and recently recieved my masters degree in Contemplative Education from Naropa University. I am a life-long learner and hope to pass along my love for teaching and learning to my students!
