I am excited to join Coronado Hills Elementary as a Kindergarten Teacher. I started my teaching career in Arizona where I earned my undergraduate degree from Arizona State University. I came to Colorado to enjoy the 4 seasons and found a wonderful home in Adams 12. I've been with Adams 12 for 24 years in various roles and schools. I've taught Kindergarten thru 3rd grade as well as ESL (English as a Second Language) for Kindergarten thru 5th Grade and most recently was an Instructional Coach. University of Colorado in Boulder is where I earned my Masters Degree. My husband and I love spending time in the outdoors. We are campers, backpackers, kayakers, bike riders; both mountain bikes and road bikes. We also enjoy traveling. I spend lots of my time running, so you may see me running the beautiful trails of Westminster and surrounding cities. Although this year may look different for school, I look forward to getting to know our kindergartners, and their families and working together towards a fabulous year.
