I grew up in Vail, Colorado and graduated from CU Boulder in 2005 with degrees in Spanish & Communication. I spent time living abroad and in New York City before deciding that education was my passion. I received my masters’ degree in Special Education from UNC Greeley in 2013 and I received my Educational Leadership master's degree from Regis University in 2017. I have been in education for over a decade and have worked in a variety of schools and I have learned a lot about what it means to be an integral part of a school community. I believe our students can do anything they put their mind to and I am honored to be a support for teachers who share that belief and want to be the very best they can be for each and every one of their students. I value the profound impact the Coronado community, parents, and staff have had on the school and I am inspired to continue their hard work every day, no matter how or where we are doing the work. I absolutely love being a part of this exceptional school! I speak English and Spanish and love to travel, hike, read, work in the garden, cook, paddle board, spend time with my fiancé Aaron, my family and friends, and my two goofy dogs, Chance and Zirkel.
