New Student Enrollment Process


We are enrolling new students during the COVID-19 closure.

Please go to our district's Admissions Office to complete an online enrollment for NEW students.

You will need the following:

  1. Complet the online enrollment.

  2. Attach a copy of child’s birth certificate (take a photo and upload it)

  3. Copy of immunization record (take a photo and upload it)

  4. IF APPLICABLE: upload copy of IEP or 504 information

  5. Copy of parent’s/guardian’s photo ID (take a photo and upload it)

  6. Copy of ONE proof of residential address (take a photo and upload it) - Current utility bill (i.e. Xcel Energy, water, cable, trash), lease agreement or mortgage statement; parent’s/guardian’s name and address must be clearly marked and match mailing address on the enrollment packet. ***Disconnect notices are not acceptable forms of proof of residence.

NOTE: If you are currently living with family or friends and do not have proof of address, please complete a Declaration of Residence form.


Once we've received and reviewed the enrollment packet and documentation, we will contact you with any additional questions or concerns.

We highly recommend completing this process during summer and two weeks before the first day of school (August 19, 2020).
