I was born in Minsk, Belarus. When I came to the United States of America at 16 years old, it was already my 5th country, and my 7th language! Because I had to move so much as a child, I truly understand what kind of affect inability to communicate can have on a person. Speech-Language Pathology is my life's long passion, which, combined with my love of children, is my dream career. I absolutely love what I do. I thrive on helping children overcome the breakdowns in their communication abilities.
I acquired my undergraduate degree from Minot State University in North Dakota. After working for a few years as an assistant to a Speech-Language Pathologist, I truly fell in love with this profession and went back to school for my masters. I received my graduate degree from the University of New Hampshire, and have been a practicing clinician ever since. In my free time I enjoy reading, hiking, snowboarding, and pretty much doing anything else that might be related to the great outdoors Colorado has to offer. I have been helping children in Adams 12 Five Star School district since 2010, and my students at Coronado Hills Elementary since 2012. This school, our students and staff have stolen my heart from day one.
