When is GT testing in my school?

2nd grade: Universal Screening: In Adams 12 Five Star Schools, 2nd and 6th graders who are not already identified GT will participate in the Universal Screening process for potential gifted and talented identification. Find more detailed information regarding Universal Screening in the Five Star District.

** This year we will be testing 3rd graders who were remote during 2nd grade. 

Important dates for the Universal Screening process at our school: November 3, 2021

All grades: Parent/Staff/Student GT Recommendation: All students can participate in the GT identification process by submitting a complete body of evidence. Find more detailed information regarding the GT recommendation process in the Five Star District.

If you are interested in having your child considered for the GT identification process please complete the 

Gifted & Talented Identification Process Request Form opens November 10, 2022. 

Important dates for the GT Recommendation process at our school: 

  • nomination and guardian forms due by January 7, 2022
  • testing day: January 26, 2022; January 27, 2022
